He has composed for plenty of Tamil movies and is also known to have taught the    famous M.S Viswanathan. In 1951, he composed the songs for the movie    “Rakthabandham” along with S.N Chami.

The songs for the movies “Kanchana” were also composed by him. The lyrics for both the movies were written by Abhayadev.
